How long will delivery take?
We ship within 24 hours directly from our stocks held within Australia normally using the Australian Postal Corporation. This means your order should arrive to most areas within Australia within 3-4 working days....and possibly faster!
24.08.2020 update for New Zealand: We can now ship directly from our head office in Europe to New Zealand, but this may take 10-14 days to arrive via tracked DHL. The current delivery charge is A$49 which is actually below our cost.
How can I trust your company?
We are an ISO1385 Registered Medical Device Manufacturer. You are welcome to check out our certifications and registrations at TÜV SÜD in Europe using their online database.
Just search on our company name "DERMFIX".

What payment options do you accept?
We are happy to accept secure payments via Paypal or most popular credit cards. You may also pay via direct Bank Transfer and our system will send our full banking details via email, but please note that this option may delay despatch of your order by 1 or 2 working days until your payment has cleared.
Is your site secure?
When placing an order or accessing your Dermfix online shopping account you will note that our website is verified as secure via DigiCert Inc (http://www.digicert.com). We use Extended Validation Certification to provide the maximum level of authentication. Most modern browsers will show this high level of security with a "green link" in the address bar at the top left. If you visit any page on the website with https:// at the start of the address you can access more information about the certification by right-clicking the green bar.
How much is delivery?
We currently have FREE delivery for any address within Australia. For most destinations we use Australian Post and orders will also have a postal tracking number that is automatically emailed on the day of despatch to your registered email account. You may also access tracking details from your Dermfix customer account. All orders are shipped in plain packaging. Delivery for New Zealand is a flat rate of A$49 (DUE TO COVID-19 WE CURRENTLY SHIP DIRECTLY FROM EUROPE TO NZ)
Can I track and view my orders?
Once you have a registered account on the Dermfix website you will be able to log-in and view the progress of your order, confirm your order number, and contact customer services with your exact order details if necessary. When logged into your private Dermfix account you can change invoice and delivery addresses, change passwords, print copies of orders, and of course re-order more items quickly and easily.
Can you deliver to my work address or another residential address?
This is normally no problem at all. Please just complete the alternative delivery address when shown at the checkout. We will contact you if there are any security issues.
Are my card details safe with you?
When checking out you will see that we use a secure page for the card transactions. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
What if I purchase more than one item?
Our carriage charges are fixed, so you can purchase many of the same items for one single carriage cost.
Do I need to leave my phone number?
No. We respect your right to privacy, but do strongly recommend leaving a phone number to assist with any possible delivery problems, especially on the heavier and more expensive items. We will not use your phone number for marketing purposes or pass it to any other company, it will only be used for order, delivery or return queries.
How do I know if the item has been sent?
Our system automatically sends an email at the point of despatch, and you will also receive a notification and tracking details by email. You can log into your personal shopping account on our website to check the despatch details of your order.
