Bought this lamp over a year ago. I have quite bad psoriasis on my face and I wanted to control and clear it. It's been the best decision I've made to buy this. I use it around twice a month and my skin is completely different. As soon as I notice it flaring up I get it back out. It's boosted my confidence a lot. I have burnt my self a couple of times with it as I've not timed my sessions. So that was my fault. I'm 100% happy with this product. And it really worked for me.

I'm in the massage industry and I've had atopic dermatitis (eczema) on my hands for over a year now. My dermatologist actually recommended this product on Amazon. I've now had my Dermfix for 3 months and my eczema is noticeably better. I'll be honest and admit It's been over a month with not using it on a regular treatment schedule but even so I really haven't had deep cracks in my fingers like I used to. I used the light for 2 weeks every other day increasing my time like the booklet provided and recommended for my fair skin type. I'm really confident (only speaking for myself) if I were to use this for 2 months every other day and then continued with a maintenance schedule when needed that my eczema flairups would be less frequent.
This may or may not be the answer to your psoriasis/eczema concerns but if your in a place of total frustration on spending a lot of money for steroid creams, hand lotions and just about changing every household cleaner and shampoo's to all natural and scent free products then I think this is worth the money and the chance on providing some relief from the itch!!

I have been using this UVB lamp for my eczema on my hand and fingers since 2 weeks now... i can honestly say that i can see a huge difference already! I am very happy with this purchase! Was worth every penny!

Was a little worried the lamp would be cheaply made but I was pleasantly surprised at the solid construction. The comb attachment seems very sturdy and would probably only break if it was dropped. The lamp itself also has a nice long cord (about 7 ft). Comes with a hard shell case, glasses, timer, spare lens cover, and the lamp.
March 2016 update - well its been almost 3 months and I've noticed significant skin clearing. I've been using it 3 or 4 times a week and it's working awesome. Areas that were not bad to start with have completely cleared, while tougher areas I've had for more than 20 years are slowly getting better. I'm up to 2 mins per spot. Start slow and work your way up, I've burned myself a few times. Definitely buy this if you have skin problems. :) -

For my husband who has severe psoriasis on his hands including deep cuts. Seems to be helping; he uses a specialized cream from a dermatologist along with the light, so far so good and worth the cost. Shipped in good condition and as described.

I have suffered from psoriasis on my feet for a few years now. I have had puv treatment at the hospital and with parking charges and fuel, decided to try this. I have been using it about a month and I can honestly say it is the same as the hospital results but without the hassle. I would recommend this to anybody suffering from this condition and I wish I had bought one sooner.
